Both! Every listing clearly states the condition — New With Tags (NWT), New Without Tags (NWOT), or Like New. You always know exactly what you're getting.
What if a piece is out of stock?
Most pieces exist in one size only and won't be restocked. When it's gone, it's gone — that's what makes each piece special.
What's your return policy?
